36th Fall Convocation & White Coat and Pinning Ceremony
As the pandemics of COVID-19 and racial injustice converge, now more than ever the world needs what Morehouse School of Medicine does best - educate healthcare leaders committed to health equity.
At MSM, Convocation marks the beginning of this commitment. First-year MD and Physician Assistant students receive their white coats while GEBS students are fitted with their lab coats and MPH students receive their blue blazers and lapel pins. The time-honored tradition denotes each student's entrance into training for their respective healthcare fields, but most importantly confirms their commitment to the MSM mission of serving the underserved.
First-year MSM students could not take these first steps, steeped in tradition and ritual, without the support of donors like you. Your contribution to the general scholarship fund helps Morehouse School of Medicine train the healthcare leaders our world needs so urgently. Give today, in honor of Convocation, to help these students deliver on their commitment and the MSM mission.
