Support the William Lynn Weaver Endowed Scholarship

Happy Fall 2022 and I hope you had a pleasant summer.

My family and I are looking forward to honoring Lynn’s legacy by establishing an endowed scholarship at Morehouse School of Medicine. As you know, so many of our young people have the knowledge but lack the resources to become a physician.  To use a quote from Lynn that he told first-year residents, “At most medical schools, they will tell you to look to your left and look to your right and one of you will not make it to graduation.  Here at Morehouse, we tell you to look at them and make sure to bring that person along so all graduate together.”  This statement was true then and is true today.

We are reaching out to you, as someone who knew Lynn, to consider making a donation to the William Lynn Weaver Endowed Scholarship. Remember, no gift is too small.
